Class detail:Mama Thai Cooking Club offers real hands-on Thai cooking classes best for all Thai food lovers! Students will learn about the main basic ingredients in Thai cooking that you should have in your kitchen so that you can simply recreate delicious Thai meals for your friends and family.  Learn new techniques, knife skills, culinary theories and how to adjust the flavors and spice level to suit you. You’ll also learn how to cook Thai with no MSG, low sodium, gluten free, and 100% vegetarian and vegan.  We carefully hand picked all of our ingredients all of our meats are organic GMO free & produce are mostly organic (If possible) from our oil to our sauces and even to our seafood like wild caught fish and fresh river shrimp, etc. Everyone will make their curry paste from scratch for all curry dishes.  Each person will have their own cooking station, apron, utensils, and recipes to take notes on. (FYI Some times we may cook as a group 2 people) Each person will prepare their own meal, with a total of 3 courses, so that you can adjust the flavors or spicy level the way you like it. After each course, you have the luxury of sitting down and enjoying your hot meal that you've just made for yourself, so come in hungry!


*Cooking class series*

Class series: 4 session hands on classes

Fee: 350 per person for 4 session.

Day & Time:Meet one Saturday a month. Class start at 12:00 - 3:00pm please arrive 15 minutes early.

Location: The class held in a private home kitchen near Pacifica / Manor CA, easy access to 280 freeway and not to far from the beach.

Parking: Easy and free street parking or park at the front.

(We do all the cleaning)

July 6th, Spicy pork salad, Tom yum soup with shrimp, Pad Thai.

August 10th, Deep fried Tilapia, Spicy chicken with basil, Drunken noodle.

September 7th, Fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, Pineapple fried rice, Green curry eggplant with chicken

July 27th, Spicy mango salad, Kow soy (Noodle in yellow curry soup), Yellow curry bamboo / pumpkin.

August 31st, Glass noddle salad, Stir fried red curry with ginger and pork, Red curry with Bok Choy.

September 21st, Deep fried spring rolls, Spicy kailan with roasted duck, Pad si ew.

October 19th, Spicy crab meat salad, Panang curry with shrimp, Pad Thai.
